McKay named MACJC/NJCAA Special Teams Player of the Week

Holmes Community College sophomore kicker Connor McKay from Madison has been named the MACJC and the NJCAA Special Teams Player of the Week for his play last week versus Copiah-Lincoln Community College.

The Bulldogs defeated the Wolves thanks to a 40-yard field goal from McKay with 34 seconds left in the game. McKay added two other field goals in the game, one from 21 yards and one from 22 yards out, and two extra points.
