Perry named MACJC Men's Basketball Player of the Week

GOODMAN --- Holmes Community College sophomore guard Czar Perry from El Dorado, Ark. has been named the MACJC Player of the Week.

Perry, who averaged 26.5 points per game in two games last versus LSU-Eunice and East Miss., also had five rebounds per game, six assists and two steals during the two games. He scored 37 points versus East Mississippi and was 14-of-21 from the floor including 6-of-9 from three-point range. He scored 16 points versus LSU-E Tuesday night.

He will now be considered for NJCAA Player of the Week, which will be announced on Wednesday.
