RIDGELAND --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs kept Itawamba off the scoreboard in the first half but yielded three goals in the second half to fall, 3-0, in the North Division contest here Friday.
Holmes, now 0-2-1, will travel to East Central on Wednesday for a 4 p.m. match and then host Northwest on Friday at Freedom Ridge Park in Ridgeland in a 3 p.m. match. Both matches are North Division tilts.
Itawamba went up 1-0 in the 67th minute. They scored again in the 79th minute and again in the 84th minute to round out the scoring.
