Bails signs with Blue Mountain College

GOODMAN --- Pontotoc's Nicholas Bails has committed to play tennis next season at Blue Mountain College.

Bails is currently a member of the Holmes Community College men's team.

During his senior season at Pontotoc, Bails posted a 3-2 singles record and an 11-1 record in doubles play.

"I'm thrilled for the opportunity to continue my tennis career at Blue Mountain College," Bails said. "I really like the atmosphere on campus, and they truly made me feel like I was at home."

BMC head coach Warner Creekmore commented, "Nick is just a tremendous guy.  We're so excited he's chosen to be a part of our program at BMC. We really look forward to having him on the team and expect he'll fit right in and compete."

HCC head coach Greg LeVert said, "Nick's a great player and student who will do a super job at BMC.  He moved from number five to number two on our team over the summer."
