Burrell and Eubanks named All-State

GOODMAN --- Two Holmes Community College Lady Bulldog pitchers have been named to the MACJC All-State Team for 2019. Mary Clayton Burrell, a freshman from Sallis, was named First Team while Brooklyne Eubanks, a sophomore from Mize, was named Second Team.
Four Lady Bulldogs receive team awards following the season

GOODMAN --- Four Holmes Community College Bulldog softball players received team awards following the season. Teagun Barnes of Brandon received the Offensive Award, Lexie Bounds of Forest received the Evolution Award, Mary Clayton Burrell of Sallis received the Most Valuable Player Award and Brooklyne Eubanks of Mize received the Pitching Award.

FULTON --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs fell twice here Tuesday to the Itawamba Community College Lady Indians but held a 6-2 lead going into the fifth inning of game two but couldn’t hang on. Itawamba won 8-3 and 7-6 in eight innings.
