RIDGELAND --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs improved to 6-4-1 on the season here Friday with a 2-0 win over the Southwest Mississippi Community College Lady Bears.
Emily Chastain and Courtney Nolan each scored goals for the Lady Bulldogs in the non-division win.
Against Jones, the Lady Bulldogs fell 3-0.
Against Co-Lin, the Lady Bulldogs picked up the 2-1 win.
Holmes is on the road to Northwest on Tuesday in a division game. The Northwest game marks the beginning of the second round of North Division play.
