Lady Bulldogs win 3-0 over Hinds to remain undefeated

RIDGELAND --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs remained undefeated here Friday after winning 3-0 versus the Hinds Community College Lady Eagles.

With the win, the Lady Bulldogs went to 5-0 on the season and 3-0 in the North Division. Holmes hosts Itawamba on Friday at Freedom Ridge at 1 p.m.

The Lady Bulldogs led 2-0 at halftime after Sarah Chastain scored on a header in the 18th minute on an assist from Pepper Ann Filbert. Filbert then scored on an unassisted goal in the 24th minute.

Kendal Walsh scored the final goal for the Lady Bulldogs in the 69th minute off an assist from Madison Deslatte.
