RAYMOND --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs went to 11-0-1 overall and 6-0-1 in the North Division with a 5-1 win here Tuesday over the Hinds Community College Lady Eagles.
Holmes rounds out the regular season on Tuesday at 1 p.m. The Lady Bulldogs are the North Division champion and will host the MACJC/NJCAA Region XXIII Tournament starting Oct. 28.
Irene Mondragon scored two goals in the match, one in the 18th minute and one in the 60th minute. The first goal was assisted by Frances Green while the second was unassisted. Madison Delatte had one goal in the 31st minute on assist from Courtney Turner. Deslatte had an assist on a goal from Taylor Gagneaux in the 89th minute. Kendal Walsh had a goal in the 77th minute off an assist from Brooke Burrell.
