RIDGELAND --- Holmes freshman forward Zoe Ellis scored four goals in Friday's match with Southwest Tenn. as the No. 14 Lady Bulldogs improved to 9-0 on the season with a 6-0 win.

The Lady Bulldogs will travel to Pearl River on Tuesday at 5 p.m. and to Jones on Friday at 5 p.m.

Isabella Wade got the Lady Bulldogs on the scoreboard first in the match in the 20th minute on an assist from Halleigh Steed. Ellis then scored her first goal of the match in the 41st minute on an assist from Kya Davis to put the Lady Bulldogs up 2-0. Ellis' second goal came in the 44th minute off an assist from Nikki De La Garza to put Holmes up 3-0 at halftime.

Ellis scored her third goal of the match in the 54th minute on a Wade assist to put Holmes up 4-0. Ellis' fourth goal came in the 68th minute to put Holmes up 5-0. Ja'Laycia Brown scored on an assist from Jazmin Roman in the 89th minute to end Holmes' scoring at 6-0.
