GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs fell twice here Wednesday to the Northeast Mississippi Community College Tigers, 11-2 and 9-8 in eight innings.
With the losses, the Bulldogs fell to 25-17 overall and 8-16 in the MACJC. Holmes hosts Coahoma on Tuesday at 1/4 p.m.
In game one, Dalton Massingill suffered the loss. He went three innings and gave up five runs on four hits with one walk. Chris Guthrie, Eric Jones, Ethan Gowan and Dylan Ramsey also pitched in the game.
Jordan Szush led the Bulldogs with two hits. Cade Pinnix added a double.
In game two, Pinnix led the Bulldogs with two hits including a double. Szush had a solo homerun.
