CLARKSDALE --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs improved to 5-2 in the North Division with an 84-51 win over the Coahoma Community College Tigers here Tuesday night.

Holmes led 39-26 at halftime and then outscored the Tigers, 45-25, in the second half.
Kaleb Higgins led the Bulldogs with 31 points while Darrius Clark had 17. Ahmad Anthony pulled in nine rebounds for Holmes.
The Bulldogs shot 46.3 percent from the floor (25-of-54), 38.5 percent from the three-point line (10-of-26) and 80 percent from the free throw line (24-of-30).
