GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs picked up their third straight MACCC contests with a 69-65 win over the Hinds Community College Bulldogs here Thursday night.
Holmes travels to Itawamba on Monday at 5:30 p.m.
Hinds led 36-29 at halftime before the Holmes Bulldogs took the second half, 40-29, to pull out the win.
Caleb Campbell led the Bulldogs with 21 points while Tyler Talley and Jourdain Dishmond each had 11. Darrius Clark finished with seven rebounds.
Holmes shot 47.8 percent from the floor (22-of-46), 42.9 percent from the three-point line (6-of-14) and 63.3 percent from the free-throw line (19-of-30).
