GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs fell here Thursday night to the Meridian Community College Eagles, 65-48.
Holmes will finish the regular season Saturday vs. Coahoma at 2 p.m.
Meridian led 35-17 at halftime, but the Bulldogs outscored the Eagles in the second half, 31-30, but it wasn't enough as the Eagles took the contest.
Eric Green led the Bulldogs with 13 points while Tyler Talley had 11. Jourdain Dishmond led the Bulldogs in rebounds with seven.
