BATON ROUGE, La. --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs improved to 7-1 on the season after picking up a 64-58 win over the Baton Rouge Bears here Saturday.
Holmes returns to action on Nov. 28 vs. Delgado at 7:30 in Goodman.
The Bears led 30-29 at halftime, and the Bulldogs outscored the Bears, 35-28, in the second half for the win.
Cameron Wallace led the Bulldogs with 17 points while Hobert Grayson had 14. Grayson led in rebounds with 10.
The Bulldogs shot 48.9 perent from the floor, 33.3 percent from the three-point line and 78.9 percent from the free throw line.
