NEW ORLEANS --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs went to 5-1 on the season with an 83-60 win over the Delgado Community College Dolphins here Monday night.
Holmes travels to Mississippi Delta on Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
Holmes led 44-22 at halftime and outscored the Dolphins, 39-38, in the second half to preserve the win.
K.J. Sykes led the Bulldogs with 22 points while Cameron Wallace had 18. Tra'Dareon Millbrooks led with 10 rebounds while Wallace had eight.
