SCOOBA --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs improved to 2-0 on the season with a 4-0 win here Friday over the East Mississippi Community College Lions.
The Bulldogs host East Central on Tuesday at 4 p.m. in Ridgeland.
Holmes got on the scoreboard in the 5th minute when Christopher Oviedo scored an unassited goal. Hayes Adcock scored in the 30th minute on an assist from Josiah Arroyo to put Holmes up 2-0. Holmes led 2-0 at halftime.
In the 54th minute, Louie Richard scored on an assist from Gavin Parker to go up 3-0. Arroyo got a goal of his own in the 65th minute on an assist from Adcock.
