RAYMOND --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs battled the Hinds Community College Eagles here Tuesday night to a scoreless tie late before Hinds scored two goals in the final seven minutes to pull off the 2-0 MACCC opening win.
Holmes will host Jones on Friday at 4 p.m.
Hinds scored in the 83rd minute and the 89th minute for the win.
