Lady Bulldogs begin season on Jan. 30

The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs return three players from the 2023 team and add 18 newcomers to this year's squad. The Lady Bulldogs open the season on Jan. 30 at home vs. Baton Rouge.

Returning players include: Maicee Coleman, infielder, Kosciusko; Chesney Beckham, pitcher, Southaven and Camille Russell, infielder/outfielder, Flowood.

Newcomers include: Jadyn Miles, outfielder/catcher, Morton; Brooke Mitchell, outfielder/pitcher, Ethel; Gracie Williams, infielder, Kosciusko; Mhina Balthrop, outfielder, Oxford; Lora Ryals, infielder, Grenada; Malley Chase Faulkner, infielder/catcher, Daphne, Ala.; Campbell Blaine, outfielder, Kosciusko; Kayla Jennings, outfielder, Brandon; Meg Glasgow, infielder, Canton; Marissa Darby, outfielder, New Iberia, La.; Avery Roark, pitcher, Brandon; Gracie Boland, outfielder, Senatobia; Charlee Rose Tierce, pitcher, Madison; Abbie McGee, catcher/infielder, Lake; Lizzy Carpenter, infielder, Yazoo City; Mollie Swilley, pitcher/infielder, Brandon; Annie Sarton, pitcher, Winnsboro, La.; and Blair Walsh, catcher/infielder, Centreville.

Head Coach Trae Embry returns for his fourth season as head coach. Hayden Embry is in his first season as an assistant coach, and Katie Mitchell is in her second season as a volunteer coach.
