Holmes will travel to Delgado on Nov. 28.
East Central led 15-12 after one period, but the Lady Bulldogs outscored the Lady Warriors, 19-10, in the second period to lead 31-25 at halftime. Holmes then outscored East Central, 40-24, to pull out the win.
Makenzie Hankins led the Lady Bulldogs with 13 points. Ally Alford followed with 11, Darranya Wright and Danielle Luckey each had 10.
Against South Arkansas in El Dorado, Ark., the Lady Bulldogs won 89-64. Alford led with 17 points, Hankins had 12 and McKinna Smith had 10.
