PERKINSTON --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs fell 80-63 in the MACCC opener here Thursday night.
Holmes fell to 8-4 on the season. Holmes hosts Northwest on Monday at 6 p.m.
Gulf Coast led 18-13 after one period and 38-20 at halftime. Gulf Coast outscored the 45-40 in the second half for the win.
Ally Alford led the Lady Bulldogs with 18 points while Lanie Potter had 12 and Danielle Luckey had 10. Luckey led with 14 rebounds.
