Lady Bulldogs open the 2023-24 campaign tomorrow at Delgado

GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs return one player from the 2022-23 team to this year's squad along with 12 newcomers.

The Lady Bulldogs open the 2023-24 season Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in New Orleans vs. Delgado.

Darranya Wright, a 5'9 forward from Belzoni, is the only returner from last year's squad.

Newcomers include: Khashya Richardson, 5'4, guard, Luverne; Jer'Mya Branson, 5'2, guard, Germantown; Keeli Latham, 5'4, guard, Louisville; Savannah Hailey, sophomore, guard, Centreville; Trinity Lewis, 5'11, forward, Pine Forest; Bella Roberts, 5'9, guard/forward, Winona Christian; Gracie Corley, 5'6, guard, North Pontotoc; Amanda Walker, 5'11, forward/center, Provine; Deundria Stovall, 5'6, guard, Gentry; Katelyn Leavy, 5'8, guard, Grenada; Zi'A Shields, sophomore, guard, Newton; and Kelsey Federick, 6', forward/center, Grenada.
