BATON ROUGE, La. --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs picked up a 59-57 win here Saturday over the Baton Rouge Community College Lady Bears.
Holmes will return action on Tuesday, Nov. 28 vs. Delgado in Goodman at 5:30 p.m.
The Lady Bulldogs trailed the Lady Bears, 31-22 at halftime but outscored the Lady Bears, 37-26, in the second half to pull out the win.
Bella Roberts led the Lady Bulldogs with 22 points while Darranya Wright had 12. Wright led in rebounds with 17 while Kelsey Federick had 14.
