Holmes will play at Mississippi Delta at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Jones led 38-30 at halftime before Holmes outscored Jones 38-22 in the second half for the win.
Bella Roberts led the Lady Bulldogs with 22 points while Zi'A Shields had 16 while Darranya Wright and Savannah Hailey each had 11. Kelsey Federick had 10 rebounds.
