MOORHEAD --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs fell 70-62 to the Mississippi Delta Community College Lady Trojans in MACCC action here Tuesday night.
Holmes will host Northeast at 5:30 on Thursday in Goodman.
Delta led 33-30 at halftime and then outscored the Lady Bulldogs, 37-32, in the second half for the win.
Bella Roberts led the Lady Bulldogs with 19 points. Zi'A Shields followed with 17 while Darranya Wright and Kelsey Federick each had 10. Federick led with eight rebounds while Shields and Wright each had seven.
