Holmes plays Baton Rouge on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
Holmes led 37-30 at halftime and then outscored the Lady Wolves, 43-41 in the second half for the win.
Bella Roberts led the Lady Bulldogs with 25 points while Nevaeh Craft had 22. Satiya Johnson and Amanda Walker each had six rebounds.
