ELLISVILLE --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs fell here Thursday night to Jones College, 75-66, in MACCC action.
Holmes, now 11-11 and 4-3 in the North, hosts Mississippi Delta on Monday at 5:30 p.m.
Jones led 40-33 at halftime and outscored Holmes, 35-33, in the second half to secure the win.
Bella Roberts led the Lady Bulldogs with 24 points while Hannah Finley had 13, Kiara Shelly 12 and Satiya Johnson had 11. Shelly had 10 rebounds.
Against East Mississippi last Thursday, the Lady Bulldogs won 54-51.
Shelly led with 15 points while Kamren Edwards had 11.
